It provides excellent support and seems to hold its shape well over time. There is a lower and higher side – I like the higher side even though I have a small frame. I ordered another pillow for my partner, who has severe scoliosis. I think this pillow is great for us side sleepers.Overall, I think this pillow is fantastic. Why did you choose this product over others?:I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

I felt I really had to write a review on this pillow. I have bought what I thought was similar ones before made of the same outer material and really thought the other pillows were 2 firm and the material next to my face didn’t feel comfortable.However this pillow was a game changer for me I like it has a head shape in the middle it is incredibly comfortable not 2 firm. I can sleep on my side or back. I have put on a silk like pillowcase so the material is not an issue. I usually wake up at least every 2 hours or less, now I’ve had it for 3 night and have slept about 4 hours without disturbance. I have undiagnosed sleep apnea and love the 4 hours I’m getting now. If your thinking of buying a pillow like this I totally recommend this one.

I've always used soft pillows and was starting to get neck pain in the morning.This solved the neck pain completely but is not very comfortable, especially for side-sleepers.On the plus side, it encourages me to get out of bed sooner so I guess that's a plus.

The media could not be loaded. Fabulous item. The neck support is firm and seems to have given me upper shoulder pain relief. It fits amongst the other pillows well and seems to be the same size as a normal pillow. It does feel a little firm at first but in actual fact, it’s quite comfortable and soft. 10/10 would recommend.

I have tried so many pillows over the years but nothing quite like this one.Since buying and using this pillow I can honestly say my headaches, neck ache and pressure on the back of my head have gone.
