I love this floss because it's made from bamboo rather than nylon. It's brilliant at removing gunk from between my teeth as brushing alone isn't enough for a thorough clean. It doesn't catch on my teeth and I like how it flattens when I'm using it to get between tight gaps and remove all residue. It has a pleasant minty flavour. The added charcoal is good for helping to remove stains. The little bamboo tube is pleasing and it's easy to use as the cutter is sharp yet safe, and it comes apart so that the floss can be replaced as there is an extra roll included. It's really good! I'm enjoying using this and my teeth are looking and feeling a lot cleaner as a result.

This bamboo floss and holder comes nicely presented in cardboard packaging. One of the floss refills is already in the holder and the other is wrapped in tissue within the box. The floss holder is a nice small compact size, which is ideal to take on the go travelling.The floss is very nice quality and quite thick, it has a really nice scent of mint to it, without any unpleasant aftertaste.My main issue with the product is that there are no instructions on how to get the holder open to change the refill. However, after trying for a few minutes I managed to flick the top lid off and worked it out but, it should be that difficult.Overall, really like the floss itself however the holder will cause some people issues.

It’s not refillable and product description is misleading:(

Plastic free, compostable, biodegradable bamboo dental floss with a pleasant minty taste. There was actually only one refill not two as claimed and I am not sure how to get the refill into the wooden box so I can use it and there are no instructions.

Have been fed up for ages with all the plastic usage in usual flosses. This is a game changer. Yes it's a bit more expensive but it's easy to use, doesn't break, tastes nice and does the job really well. Excellent eco friendly packaging and all round brilliant product. Will be buying more!

Misleading description. The picture and the description of "2 refills" might potentially imply that you get 3 "bobbins" in total, one already in the container and 2 more as refills. That's certainly how I would understand the word "refill". One is already in the bamboo container, plus you get one extra. I wouldn't count one already in the container as a "refill".But the worst thing is, the bamboo container is completely sealed, and cannot be opened, and consequently it cannot be refilled! So you have 1 refill, that you can't even use with the container! So it's not refillable as claimed.Looking at the video on this product page, it looks like there was probably a earlier incarnations of this product which used a plastic or metal tube with a screw top on it. But this bamboo tube is absolutely impregnable!It's a pity because this is actually a quite decent floss.
