What a joke...reflexology is massage like...this is just painful pressure...save your money..

Great mat good condition. It is a little painful at first so i recommend sitting down and adding small amount of weigh before trying to stand on it if your not ready. Overall great product

AMAZING FEELING
I love the feeling, i read some comments saying it hurts, but really it feels good, and the feeling after using it feels great, it's been over a week, and I've felt much more release.
