Can you replace the band with another band?

Buttons are stuck . Any way to fix this?

This particular watch model has a locking function on the top and bottom button. The top and bottom buttons have an outer ridged ring on them which is turnable and lockable. To allow you to press the buttons in to start the ticker hand you firstly need to unscrew the outer ring. 1.) Turn the outer ring of the desired button anticlockwise until fully out. 2.) Use the buttons by pressing them for any desired procedure. 3.) Lock them back down once you have used them. This is done by turning the outer ring clockwise until fully locked. Thanks
