Before making the decision to buy this chair, I had repeated messages back-and-forth with a company about true measurement of the seat and the height of the chair from the floor. Being 6 feet tall, I did not want to be sitting down so low that I couldn’t get back out with my arthritis or having my knees up above my hips when my feet were on the foot rest. I was assured that the seat was 20” x 18” it truly is 18 x 18 and its slants down at the front. With my feet on the foot rest, it causes my knee to be considerably higher than my hips and with severe rheumatoid arthritis it is very uncomfortable.I scheduled a return, which has to go according to the company, to the post office. The weight limit for the post office is 70 pounds. The weight of the wheelchair is 73.7 pounds. Surprise surprise it also says on the return information that if you don’t use the post office, you have to pay for the shipping or you can call the company. However, they only give you a portion of that phone number so no way to call.Instead of giving me an answer, I get a message saying they will pay me $80 off what I had paid, to keep the wheelchair. Why on earth would I keep $1000 wheelchair that I can’t use.? I am so disappointed!

We call it the freedom chair. My husband had not been outside other than in the car for about 4 years. This chair is a gift! It's easy safe and comfortable and he was scared, but it had a great first ride.Thank you

This chair does not match its description on Amazon. According to its listing on Amazon it weighs 46 lbs , has a 20 in. seat, can do a 12° incline, recharge in 4 hours, and has a 400 lb weight capacity. Once you purchase the chair you find out from its user manual that it weighs about 64 lbs, has an 18 in. seat, can do a 9° incline, can recharge in 10 hours. , and has a 330 lb weight capacity.Would you be a satisfied customer?

The chair works fine. It arrived in good shape and it was easy for my husband to assemble the few pieces that had to be connected. It is sturdy and well made and good-looking. It is electric and can go pretty fast, and smooth. The lithium battery came already charged. HOWEVER, HERE’s MY PROBLEM.I am a large woman, weighing 300 lbs. I shopped online a long time looking for a chair with these attributes: Electric, supports over 300 lbs, folds easily for transport, lightweight enough that my husband could carry it and put it in and out of the car, had a seat width of at least 20 inches. (Heavy people MUST have seats wide enough to comfortably hold their girth.) I found what I thought was the perfect chair. It was described on Amazon as supporting up to 400 lbs and having a seat width of 20”. I ordered the chair for $1099.00. It arrived timely and in good condition.The seat width across the front is 20” as described. HOWEVER, the seat narrows along the depth, being only 16.75 inches at it’s smallest point and 19.5 in other places. The arms are supported by side brackets that fold up, but the width of the seat between brackets are 16.5 (counting bolts and protrusions) up to 18” and 19.5 “. Admittedly I was not able to fit into the narrowed width at all, making the chair painful to use and useless to a larger customer like myself even though the description boasts of having a 20” seat width for people weighing up to 400 lbs. .I needed to return the chair and asked that the seller send me a prepaid shipping label, which they not want to do.After intervention from Amazon Customer Service, the seller agreed to send (email) me a pre-paid shipping label. The control knob takes a little getting used to. Does not work very well in tight spaces, you need a semi wide turning space. My dad likes the chair but very disappointed that it's 200.00 less for prime day and unfortunately we could not wait to purchase. It is heavy too so if you are not that strong you might struggle with putting it in a trunk.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:WASTE OF LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY!!! ITS TOOOOOO HEAVY TO TRANSPORT! TOO HEAVY! TIRES ARE NOT PUNCTURE RESISTANCE. AIR FLATED TIRES. DESCRIPTION TOLD NO FLAT TIRES. WHEN RECEIVED TIRE NOT INFLATED TO USESABLE AMOUNT. NEEDS WD40 OR A OIL BATH. JUS A BAD EXPIERIENCE! I REALLY WANTED THIS CHAIR TO BE OF GOOD. DID NOT HAPPEN!

It's all a lie..... everything totally different from the description here and the manual... the weight capacity is 330 not 400 ....the speed is 3.7mph not 5mph. .. the distance is 19 miles not 30 miles like they said.... all of the reasons that made me pick this chair are nothing but lies.
