I bought Ant Miner S9J but got Fargo color ribbon instead. What is going on?

I have a problem with my S9 of 14.5th The miner works without hash rate. Nothing is shown in the hardware version. The hash table can not be detected. No information is displayed in the Miner status interface, the mining firmware is lost. I do not want a refund I want you to replace my machine please, buy my S9 thinking that it would work well
