Q: I want to glue an iPad usb charger to the box(my daughters keep loosing one or the other) would this work but most importantly will it be safe?

No, this material is used to cover exposed wiring at points where the plastic covering has worn or does not cover completely. You should use a small amount of clear silicon caulking to hold the charger to the box. This will hold the two together without damaging either of the parts and if necessary the caulking can be easily removed if you want to separate the two parts.

Q: Can you remove it once it has dried?

Not easily if at all; the liquid tape is designed to become a permanent coating on the wire.

Q: Does this make a waterproof connection or seal. Thinking this could work for outside speaker wire. And how long does it take to dry?

When applied following directions, Star brite Liquid Electric Tape will provide a watertight seal, making it ideal for outdoor applications. The product will completely cure in 24 hours, but subsequent coats can be applied after 5-10 minutes.
