Finally a CoQ10 that is easy for me to swallow. I searched and searched and at last I have found the perfect size. Quality, effectiveness, and efficacy are top on my list in selecting a vitamin supplement, but those benefits lose when the dreaded thought of swallowing (as the case with fish oil tabs) prevents me from taking the vitamin daily and consistently. Thank you. Now I really hope this supplement will do the trick. So far, so good!!

Great quality. I started taking this because I'mbon Lipitor now and Co Q10 is supposed to help prevent the side effect of muscle aches. I ordeted this brand because of the great reviews, I am not dissappointed. So far no muscle aches, but I also feel more energetic...and my skin and hair is healthier too.

I think the COq10 is pricey, but believe it is a good value for the money. I have been taking it for a few weeks, don't really feel a big change yet, but my finger nails have started to grow like crazy. Have not been able to grow my nails out in years, so was very surprised when this happened. This is the only change I have made at this time and I am hoping to see other changes soon !!
