Q: Is this product dishwasher safe?

This product cannot be used in a dishwasher or dryer. Although it is a lock type, please note that the function to prevent juice leakage is not strong.

Q: Is this air tight? I want to do overnight oats in this.

I have prepared my oatmeal the evening before and no issues, I do put a big thick rubber band around container to secure, plus I take to work and don't want it spilling in my car.

I have no idea. I don't remember it saying that either mine. It sounds like a listing error. There isn't anywhere go even out a battery. Its a lunchbox pretty much. It's a great lunch box too and easy to clean. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute bento lunchbox. I would ignore the battery part though.

Dear customers. Unfortunately, this product does not have a heat retention function. This is because the container is made of polypropylene, not the double structure of stainless steel like products that have a heat retaining function. Although it can be reheated in the microwave, it cannot be used for washing in the automatic dishwasher. We hope this answer will serve as a reference to our customers.
