Worst product, do not buy.
We have bought the product on Feb-24 and by end of Mar-24 the product stopped working.The light remains on but the product sterilization is not working.I explained the reason to Chicco India in mail and also via call but there was no resolution.The resolution provided was send the details of the product then we will send the address and we only have to courier the product to them.But at last address was also not provided.Amazon customer care raised there hand by saying there is no warranty for the product we cannot do anything.Thr product cost us around 3.5k and the product is total waste for us now Instead please go for philips avent sterlizer little costlier but works best.

Good quality, very simple to use spacious
It’s a good product, but it’s just a steamer, very simple to use, plus point is the space , it can easily sterilise all your bottles and accessories at once, they could have given more functions in this one.Every time you have to fill water, so it’s really very basic machine with good quality material.

It's convenient.It's made of excellent qualityIt doesn't leave any smell.It's worth it buy a product at this price.The water retents in the plate after sterilisation.The one thing I don't like is the droplets on the bottles. The bottles are wet, it would have been nice if it had a drying option
