Q: Do these create that plugged ear feeling where your own voice/breathing/chewing is loud? I have Loop earplugs and I don't like that aspect of them.

no. not muffling of your own voice. just a comfortable quieter environment that cancels out some unwanted noise. I didn’t hear my own heartbeat but i was using them in an amusement part to remove some of the distractions and overstimulation
