Great buy
Absolutely wonderful, I used it in a blueberry pie it really brought out the flavour and is very palatable in a shot glass. I thoroughly recommend it.

Delicious!
We bought this to make some Brambles - it arrived well packaged and it is delicious. We will be purchasing a fair bit more to make brambles in bulk. Price was cheaper than supermarkets as well.

Good quality; perfect for a Bramble cocktail
Creme de Mure can be difficult to find, so these larger bottles from Giffard are really handy. I use this and their Framboise (raspberry) liqueur for cocktails, and they have a fresh, fruity flavour with no trace of synthetics or sweeteners. The creme de mure is perfect for the Bramble cocktail, just drizzled over the ice, but this liqueur is good enough to serve just by itself, chilled, as a good after-dinner refresher. It's worth seeking this out as the often-substituted creme de cassis has a subtly different flavour (sharper, more acidic), whereas the blackberry here is softer and more rounded.I also mix this half-and-half with Giffard's raspberry liqueur to make a very acceptable substitute for Chambord in French Martini, giving the richness and depth of flavour needed.
