Excellent product, only drawback the lid sometimes gets stuck ...

Haven't got a genuine product
I got the product but it doesn't have any trademark and hologram of Indian Craft Villa. Bottle is very dirty. I didn't even got the pitambari.

Bottles were dirty inside filled with dust and cobwebs
Ordered 2 bottles came in good condition along with copper cleaning powder, Pitambari this was a pleasant surprise. However the bottles were really dirty inside, i guess they were left open in the store room hence there was dust and cobwebs inside one of the bottles. Reason enough to give them 4 star rating.
