Great product, kills well and nice light feature.
This is a great item for camping. I used to camp a lot and wished that it had been available then. I bought it to try for a small area of my house. I will say that the battery is good but it does require recharging every day. It takes awhile to do, so make sure you start it early in the day. I may be missing something about cleaning it. Shake it and blow on it gets most of the night critters off. If you are a light sleeper, the big zap noise when a large critter bights the dust might disturb you but just realize that it did not land on you, I would recommend this. If you have a power outlet available, just use the zapper and don't worry about recharging. BTW. very light and great little hanging gizmo.

WORKS FANTASTIC AT CAMP!!!
This little zapper is awesome! It has the 4 base light settings as well as the upper blue light which attracts the insects. The zapping ability is still actived when either or all the light is off. It has a loud pop sound, like a cap gun, when an insect comes in contact with the coils. My 3 yr old Yorkie is afraid of the noise so I recommend keeping it far from ALL small pets, their hearing is many times greater than humans, especially birds. I would not hesitate to buy multiple zappers. They're much safer than insect repellent.

Does the trick, as long as its charged.
As long as its fully charged you can enjoy watching mosquitos perish. I use this in my semi truck, I like to sleep with my windows slightly opened so I can get fresh air while I sleep. Doing so lets little bugs in, especially flies and mosquitos. The purple light is just a led, but it attracts the bugs, I say keep it well charged because I saw a medium size fly go right into it and it immediately got stuck to the electrified wired mesh, however it was not dead, just incredibly stunned. In the morning the fly was gone and was doing laps in my sleeper, so I turned the bug zapper back on and stuck it in the flies face and it flew into the mesh, again it was getting zapped but not enough to kill it. So keep this puppy fully charged for maximum efficiency, it also comes with a little brush to get rid of the crispy critters. It is very quite, no loud snaps. The "soft" white light feature does a good job in a small area.

CONFIRMED!! IT WORKS, AND IT WORKS GREAT!
Not sure if you can see from the picture, but I finally got that pesky fly that wouldn't go away. After I got the zapper, I left the UV LED light on and left the room. A few mins later I hear "POP...POP...POP POP...". Not only was the fly dead, he was stuck inside the UV LED light, and he kept getting zapped over and over LOL. Aside from that, the lantern LED is very bright , and has 4 modes: low, medium, high, and a blinking light. It has a sturdy hook so you can hang it where ever you need to. And best of all it has a rechargeable battery, which saves you $. Other zapper brands I've also had success with and recommend: HousingFirst, ERAVSOW, and PIC Corporation.

It kind of works.
Its a 3 star because it does kill SOME mosquitoes, but even in a small dark RV it only killed 5 of about 20 mosquitoes in an 8 hour night. I was hoping for better than that.A few pros----battery life is good, it easily lasts all night.---the 'lamp' funtion works well, it's almost too bright on it's lowest setting---It seems well constructed, but I haven't tested it's claimed waterproofness.Con----It isn't the mosquito destorying machine I need. It 'claims' it covers 200 sq ft. My camper isn't nearly that big. If it only kills 1/4 the bugs during an 8 hour night, that leaves me with waaaay too many mosquitoes to swat at all night long.

Fun and easy bug zapper
This thing is a lot of fun. This bug zapper is very small, easy to place, and it works. I jump and then laugh every time it destroys a bug. The zap sound is quite loud and entertaining. This is also super easy to clean, mostly I just blow on it and the corpses of evil bugs are blown out. This charges by usb, which is very handy. I like it and if you want a small, cheap, easy and fun bug zapper, this is a good choice.

Didn't attract mosquitos!
We purchase this Mosquito zapper for our backyard in Minnesota. It didn't attract any mosquitos! We purchase a different model/brand which worked quite well. There is nothing broken with this product...it just doesn't work! The lantern is a nice feature, although I will be returning it because we really need a bug zapper, not a lantern. I gave it one-star for the lantern feature.

super easy to carry and works out well
Based on the features I was like how everything is going to work but after I received it I was like let me try in my patio first where lot of mosquitoesenters my house. The best part is I am able to hang this in my bag , keep it in my working table or even use at my room. I was thinking of carrying a power bank every time but Inever used it . It works for a longer time than expected .Usually I use my phone torch for light but this has multiple options of brightness .Its a nice product for my trekking basically one day I dropped it and I was like damn I need to buy another one.Well it worked perfectly fine because it's rigid and strong enough.
