Q: How well shiedled is this cable? I'm going to be running it under floorboards unavoidably near to mains power (maybe 20cm min distance)

Found it is fine at that distance. I have recorded fall speeds with cable routes via loft near other power.

this cable is approximately 7mm

Q: How rigid is this cable? I'm looking for something comparable to most pre-crimped cables that are 1m, 2m etc. (i.e. pretty flexible).

This is shielded and therefore quite rigid as you would expect for this type of cable. That said I’ve been able to get it round 90 degree angles etc running it through a house.

Q: How easy is it to crimp (RJ45)?

You need to get the cat 7 compatible RJ45 connectors as the cable is bigger in diameter than cat 5/6
