Got for brother phd
Got this for my brother last xmas, he says its pretty good. He's a Phd in Chem, and also a cooking fan, he likes to dabble into exquisite ideas. He was very happy I got this for him, it was in good quality. He is picky, he really liked this.

It doesn’t taste the squid ink flavor!
It didn’t taste the authentic squid ink flavor ( except its black color ) by comparing with the squid ink pasta that I have eaten in Venezia - Italy. Quite disappointed, it just tastes like the regular egg pasta ! It could be explained when I looked at it label: it’s made in USA, exactly in UT where there is no ocean and maybe they use artificial flavor instead of using the real squid ink ! Never buy it again from this company. You guys should not waste your money on this product!

Tasted fine and we used it but not impressed the packaging was open.
