This is a total piece of junk. Don't waste your time or your money. I should have known better. First it comes in what appears to be a used plastic bag. The kind that looks kind of cloudy, and not clear. The documentation is limited but it also suggests that when you are finished using the product to "store handle in the protective case when not in use" . There is no "protective case" unless they are referring to the dirty plastic bag that it came in. The quality of the product is really bad. Apparently one of the most important instructions is making sure you only twist the device in one direction, per the direction arrow on the side of the handle. But the quality is so bad that you can't really tell which way the arrow is pointing. While it is not that hard to figure that out, the poor quality doesn't exactly boost your confidence to something you are getting ready to insert in to you ear. Stay away from this product.

PLEASE D NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. Mine came in a dirty sandwich zip lock bag. Just this little looking pen like thing and these white tips all just thrown in to this bag. It is not even worth a $1.00.......constructions how on to use written out. To bad for all the customer not to be refunded, This one product is a BIG SCAM. It does not show who the manufacture is, I sure hope others read the comments here before other loose money on this piece of junk.......Amazon you need to be rid of this product as who ever is selling this over all will ruin business for you as far as customers having faith in you. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS GADGET, NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR ANY MONEY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
