These 3.6v 3600mAh batteries were too large for my Black and Decker S500 Type 1 grass shears. Very disappointed and returned it immediately. If these fit your tool, they looked very well made and are heavy duty.

Replacement Battery for hand held devices
The Longevity and battery life are still unknown since I don't use it everyday. But so far it is excellent. The only issue that I have had relates to the electric screwdriver that I am using it with. The battery circumference is slightly larger than the original batteries so it is a tight fit. It slides in fine and is a little stiff to pull out. Other than that it is working great for me.

Way too fat for B&D Versa Pak. Buy something else. These are no good.
Garbage. I own several Black and Decker Versa Pack electric screwdrivers. These batteries are too fat and don’t fit. I tried 2 batteries in 3 screwdrivers. They were way way too tight. I had to use pliers to remove one I inserted all the way. Skip these and find something else. These are junk.

Works well, but did not last as long as OEM batteries
I have tried a couple different 3rd party replacements. These, like the others, work very well for a relatively short time, but then fail to effectively hold a charge. It seems like my OEM batteries last for a few years, while these only seemed to be effective for a year or so. They are significantly cheaper than OEMs, but just don't seem to last as long.
