i liked everything about this computer and it’s my first mac

I have called Apple Numerous times and done a ton of research. I am convinced there is something wrong with this computer. The price is right but it is very limited in what applications can be downloaded. Torrents, forget about it even if they are configured for Mac. I tried downloading Python but PyCharm doesn't recognize an interpreter. I have looked into this problem for a very long time. I have had the computer for half a year and its been an issue since I got it. I would recommend buying from someone else unless you are the type of person who only downloads from the App Store.
