I really love this stuff. You HAVE to drink water all day when you drink this. Which you should be doing anyway. If you’re cramping and in pain you probably didn’t get enough water. I drink one class 1-2 satchels at a time I chug it and then I know later on it will RESPECTFULLY let me know it’s time. I never had diarrhea or where you don’t have a chance to go to the bathroom or anything crazy like that, but I would recommend doing it when you will be at home until you know how you are on it.Weight loss would just be water weight and the stool coming out. But it can aid in continuing your weight loss journey for sure and to refresh yourself. Sometimes Amazon makes it costly on here but as of right now 25 pack runs for around 35$ anywhere. Sometimes it’s out of stock too

I’ve used lASO tea before but this isn’t the same. Yeah the packaging is the same but not the product. First the bag was different which isn’t the reason of buying it, then the tea tasted different as if it was mixed with something. I took the tea 30 minutes before eating and no affects. A couple days later I took (2) at a time then upped it to (4) packets in one water bottle. Still no toilet time. This is really a rip off. If you’ve used this tea 2-3 years ago then you’ll know the difference between the real and the fake and this is most definitely ( FAKE IASO TEA) !!!!

I lose some weight and was able to fit into my clothes. There is no good or bad taste with it. It is drinkable. You just have to stay consistent with it and keep on buying the product in order to lose the weight that you need.

Usually I take one packet in the afternoon and I go the next morning. If I’ve been eating bad I’ll take two.For the most part it’s gentle but there are times when I get sharp cramps before going. Maybe it’s because I’m not drinking enough water throughout the day. A glass of water will start the flow if nothing is happening because I try to make sure I go before leaving the house.There have been a few times where I felt I may have an accident if I wasn’t close by a bathroom. Thankfully that hasn’t happened and now that I know what to do I am able to ensure I go before leaving the house. Word to the wise when you have to go, gassy feeling may not be gas… as a friend found out the hard way.Overall it’s a great product and I have purchased it multiple times. I would suggest starting over the weekend until you learn how your body will react.
