All stainless steel (allegedly 304 stainless) 360 degree heavy bag swivel ceiling mount and chain set up that is easy to mount, adjustable for height by about 12 inches. I had this mounted in about 15 minutes and that was mostly selecting a 13mm nut driver, a pilot drill bit and my Makita 18v drill motor from my toolboxes. More on that in a bit.Pro--Easy 2 bolt installation. I predrilled the two holes in my 2x10 ceiling joists to avoid breaking the lags-Comes with 4 point attachment chain that can be converted down to one point if necessary. I used 2 points to accommodate my particular bag-Split rings allow easy removal of the chains-Threaded, locking carabiners assure the bag cannot come loose-360 degree swivel-The ceiling mounting bracket is cast stainless - nice quality-Everything required to mount and hang the bag is included unlike most of these setups you see that sell the chains and ceiling mount separately (and more expensively)-I needed a small work table to hold my heavy bag to connect the chains because it's an 80 pound bag and it's clumsy to handle. A buddy would help.Con--No real "cons" that I can see from my set up and use of this chain/hanger assembly although I am skeptical that it could hold 800 pounds as advertised in the description. But who has an 800 pound heavy bag?One "heads up" is that the lag bolts that are included with the kit are 13mm hex bolts and require a 13mm socket or nut driver. As I mentioned earlier, I predrilled pilot holes because from past experience (and bad results), stainless lags that unlike grade 8 or even regular steel lags, can be brittle and snap pretty easily if overdriven. Working great for over a month now. Seems to be high quality, and does the job! Mounted it in our basement and used a 2x4 to span across two floor joists.

I have been doing a heavy bag workout for six years now, and because of COVID decided to get my own bag and install it in my basement. I have to admit I was very skeptical of this hanger when I got it because the chains are very small, unlike the heavy ones my gym uses. But the mount swivels around 360 and the chains have held up remarkably well. All it needs is a squirt of WD 40 every month or so. I have a very heavy 100 pound bag and it works great with it.

The screws they provide for mounting have a wonky thread and tip/point design, Will NOT tap into a hole. I had to drill a pilot hole and pound the screw deeply into it, then apply appreciable pressure to get the threads to bite.
