This mattress pad is helpful but, on top of a hard mattress, it is not enough to relieve the pain in my shoulders without other extra mattress pads underneath. However this is a good product for the price. The memory foam moulds comfortably to the body and springs back when not in use, like its supposed to. I don't care for the cooling gel but that is because I'm sensitive or allergic to so many things. In this case it's a minor sensitivity to something that seems to be evaporating and hopefully going away completely over time.

Fits my twin mattress perfectly! Comfy but I wasn't expecting that I had to lay the item flat for 48 hours before using. Recommend this product for anyone looking for a little more comfort or has a stiff or firm mattress.
