Excellent for beer can chicken roasting.
The Cobb is an excellent portable charcoal BBQ. With this extension I can use a up the behind beer can chicken stand and roast a wonderful crispy skin chicken. Brine the chicken first. Coat with seasonings. I do not inject the chicken but I've tasted several and like them as well. This extension fits well. It is made of the same stainless steel as the main unit. This should have come in the box with the Cobb. Since Cobb is now no longer in business if you own one and do not have an extension, better grab one soon.

I love my Cobb cooker
Absolutely a necessity when cooking whole chicken, pork roast etc. I love my Cobb cooker. Great when used as a smoker/cooker.
