Easy clear instructions
Loved this pattern. Found instructions clear and concise. Don’t forget when deciding on size, and to get a perfect fit, that it should be chosen on your body measurements and not your ready to wear size. Happy measuring!

Very small In sizing
I usually use Newlook patterns and they are usually on the large side but liked this dress so gave it ago. Cut out the pattern in prep for laying out and could tell that the pattern pieces did not look big enough and they weren’t! Had to use reduced seam allowance and reduce the darts to just get the dress to fit. I was using the size 14 the maximum size of the pattern (I’m between a 12 and14 in clothes). I’ll be avoiding Simplicity patterns in the future

Lovely style easy to follow instructions
Lovely dress just be careful with sizes check the finished size and go with that .I will be making this dress more often

Very small
Be very careful I am a uk size 14 .The pattern pieces for a Size 14 would fit a Size 8 uk. It goes up to 14 So glad I checked it against my manakin first and didn't cut in to the fabric .Very small.

Don't rely on the size information on the back of the packet
The back of the packet shows fabric requirements up to size 22.This pattern is only up to size 14. Unfortunately, I had already opened it before I realised.
