The only L-Theanine I buy works amazing
This is the best L-Theanine. I love the qty and the quality. I also appreciate that Horbaach offers low and high doses. I have been taking this product daily for years. It helps so much with anxiety, increased heart rate, etc. It also is essential as a caffeine drinker. They are easy to swallow, they aren’t too big either.

been taking this for years. before i saw a doctor about my high blood pressure, this and taurine were what i used to manage it, and help me sleep, as i also have an over active adrenal gland. capsules are very small so they are easy to swallow, i still use it before bed, as it helps me relax, and this brand has always been high quality.

Great value, some capsules do come with minor oxidization.
Out of the 400 capsules I received, about 5-10 of them contained black spots on the inside of the capsule. I originally gave them a 1 star review for this, but have come to find it's oxidization and is common in even Kroger-bought L-Theanine and not a huge cause for concern.For the price, and considering about half of the L-Theanine brands I bought to try contain oxidized powder, I can't really complain. I can't expect this brand at this price to not have some oxidized capsules when the $12 for 60 capsule Kroger brand has twice as many oxidized capsules.

Great mind pill.
I've come to rely on theanine. This brand is perfectly dosed imo. Didn't notice the 100 mg effects but one or two of these dosages and my nerves are calm, mind is clear.

It's a great help
I combine this with glycerin and I do notice a difference with memory, focus,and cognition. Not saying it's a miracle product but it does its job.it also seems like those benefits are helping my energy levels

Healing my body fast
I have tried hundreds of supplements to make me feel better, seen someone talking about this on tik tok, tried it, and wow let me tell you. This product makes a huge difference and im not sure exactly how lol. Not sure if im sleeping better or what but my body is healing and feeling younger. Normally I wear sandals around the house due to bad feet and ankles. Day two taking this no more sandals. Im not sure what to say besides thank you. I will buy much much more lol
