Baggallini Women's Calais Crossbody Bag

I got this bag for every day use. It's probably up there with one of the best handbag purchases I've ever made for this purpose. The shoulder strap is comfy, and I wear it cross-body to go to the grocery and other daily errands.The front section has numerous pockets and zippers for credit cards, money, shopping lists, etc, and is easy to access. Just what I wanted for at the checkout. The main body of the handbag has a nice smooth zipper, and I can get my phone, small make-up bag full of junk, and a small box of crackers. The back section is perfect for my sunglasses and my spectacles (both in soft cases), and is open so it's easy to reach in and pull my glasses out. Oh and did I mention the long key-finder, so no more searching around in the bottom of my bag for my keys. Just reach into the main compartment, grab the key-finder strap and pull out my keys.Update May 4 2024: I love this Calais Baggellini so much I ordered a second one, but in "Moonrock" which is a great color for summer, and goes really well with beige linen pants, blue jeans, and black leggings. Stitching and hardwear is as good as my first (black) Calais Baggellini, and although it was packed in a plastic bag it was not creased or crumpled as some reviewers complain about. However, it did come in a larger box with other items I had ordered, so may be that helped. Delivery was in record time (couple days earlier than promised). Highly recommend.

I have several Baggallini bags, but this is my favorite. I use it daily. It's compact, waterproof, and easy to clean. I switched out the thin strap for a wider, detachable, adjustable strap. I highly recommend it.

While I was skeptical of not having a leather purse... this one , even though fabric, is not flimsy at all. I like a full organization purse , with wallet included. I actually have one zippered compartment empty...which never happens. My large cell phone fils in the back pocket easily, and I don't have to open a zipper to get to it. I kept the bag it came in..to be ready to return it...to my surprise it is perfect. You won't be dissapointed.

This a fairly light weight purse, which is good for my neck. Obviously, the more you jam in there, the heavier it will be. The front compartment holds all of my credit cards and cash nicely. This helped eliminate the extra weight of a wallet. There is a strap that is attached inside the purse to safely leave your keys in the purse without them accidentally falling out. It has enough room in the inside to hold a small cosmetic bag and my glasses. Strap is adjustable but doesn't always stay in place due to the material. Not a big deal to me.

I'm so happy with this bag! It's pretty, lightweight, and has pockets for everything. No more digging around to find my stuff. I particularly like the key leash, built-in wallet, and the phone pocket. It's very well designed. It's constructed of sturdy (but classy) materials and stitched well. My one request for future versions would be to stitch down the lining of the phone pocket - it does bunch up a little when I remove my phone since it's in a silicone phone case. Overall though, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this purse. I have been looking for the right size purse for awhile. It is big enough for me to carry my medications I need, my phone and other things like sun glasses or reading glasses I need to have with me. I think the front compartment that is RFID is perfect. Now I don’t have to carry a wallet and my cards are protected. There is two zippered compartments in this area- one I use for coins and the other for receipts. There are card slots for the cards I carry and a place to put bills or a checkbook if you still carry that. I do not have any trouble with this area coming open like others have said.

The media could not be loaded. This bag was exactly what i was looking for i was looking for a crossbody for months and months. After the first week the front latch stopped working. You have to unlock the little silver latch to get zipper in the front of the bag. It doesn’t stay in place so it keeps unlocking. The seams are already splitting around where the zippers are. I’m so upset i would like to return it. definitely not worth the price i paid i am upset and wish it lasted longer.

This mid size bag is great!!! holds plenty of items, but not to many as to make the bag heavy.love love love the wallet part!!! it is so convenient to have it ready and not to have to search the whole bag when its needed. Plenty of zippered compartments for stashing different things. The cell phone pocket on the top is great i use it for my sunglasses because it is lined with cloth so they don't get scratched and are super easy to reach.The strap is easy and fast to adjust. I use it as a crossbody most of the time, but the adjustable strap makes it easy to carry in many different ways.
