100-240v AC to 12v DC Power Supply with 4pin Molex Connector (500ma)

Q: Can this power an external graphics card? the board it's connected to says dc 12v, but i hope i won't be putting too much on it.

Q: Why did my product come in with two metal sockets instead of four?

This is a 12v supply, only the 12v and corresponding ground pin are used, the other 2 sockets would be for 5v and ground if this were a 12/5v supply

Q: Is this powerful enough to run two fans with with a splitter?

Depends on your fans. They may not at full speed. Most fans use around 300ma. This is rated for 500ma. In practice, you won't notice the difference, and you are good to go.
