Q: Arent some of these coins worth more than face value and upwards of over 100k?

I truly doubt that you will ever find coins worth upwards of $100K because whoever it is that puts the coins into the book cleans them with something like a brush which leaves scratches in the coins. What is a possibility is that huge mule error coins could be put into the book because it's obvious that whoever is putting the coins into the book know nothing about the coins they are handling. I found a 1922 "no D" in my Anthology which I sold for the cost of the entire book. I couldn't get anymore out it because it was scratched up from being cleaned. I suppose finding a 1943 copper or a 1944 steel could be a remote possibility
