One of the best buys for natural bowel clearing.Not jelly like when taking isabgol in its raw form. What a great idea to put it in capsules.I take 4 capsules and it works wonders. I have stopped all other types of options like liquid paraffin, suppositories, etc.I am going to recommend this for my family members too.

Ordered this, to avoid the jelly like texture of actual Isabgol dissolved in water. It’s very good.Super effective (take 3-4 tablets as per your requirement, every night)Perfect for travel too, as no hassle of carrying a glass, spoon and the powder.

Even 6 Capsules do not compare to 1 tsp of plain, good old psyllium husk which you mix in water and can drink. Expensive in comparison to any psyllium husk product. Complete waste of money. Will never purchase again!

Not effective

Most of the days when I eat purely junk or purely protein diet, it's a saviour. It provides compensatory amount of fibre needed, and regulates bowel movements effectively.
