Mirical curlers.
First, I did not receive all 10 curlformers BUT I got a very quick response from the company and am expecting the missing curlformers in the mail in a few days time. The hook was delivered today and I wasted no time trying these out. It took about 5 minutes to section off my dry hair and apply my 8 curlformers. I left them in for about 30 minutes (just a little product test) and I had curls - nothing with staying power but I'll be doing a more thorough test of these next week. Really impressed with how easy these were to use and the result. Though, I'm looking forward to using all 10 curlformers so my curls aren't as thick.Hair type: Naturally thick and wavy. I have an undercut (hair shaved on sides and back) so I have considerably less hair to deal with. My hair is about 12 inches from root to tip, and these short curlformers were perfect for my needs. If I weren't planning to cut all my hair off in a couple of weeks I'd order a pack of the long curlformers for future use.Update: After getting my my missing curlformers I tried these out for real! Towel dried hair after my shower, and used them on my damp locks. About 20-30 minutes start to finish with a blast of heat from my blow dryer. My curls stayed all day - 13 hours - and held up in the wind without any product. I do recommend styling each curl as you take off the curlformer, trying to do each one after all your curlformers have been removed is a bit tricky. I'll be doing a run with mouse today to see if it keeps the frizzyness down.

Love, love
Love, love, love these! I've used rag curlers for years but they take forever to put in. I read the reviews and was nervous it would be painful but it is painless if you do it correctly. You have to squeeze the part of the curler near your scalp while placing and while removing the curlers so it doesn't grab the hair. You also need to make sure the hook is facing up so hair doesn't fall out as you pull it through the tube and cause you pain if you try and force it (it gets tangled). I also found if you try to put too much hair in at once it doesn't flow well and can hurt (you're actually doubling you hair as you pull it through the tube so keep this in mind).Small amounts of hair actually go much faster than if you try to same time by taking larger bunches. Even for my first time it only took 15 or so minutes to apply. I brushed my teeth, put on makeup and walked the dogs. (About 30 minutes) I then spent about five minutes with the blow dryer and then removed them. They are uncomfortable to lie on so I'm not sure I can sleep on them as one reviewer reported but I may try it.I have curl resistant hair so I use moose before applying (while wet) and hairspray after. It held up well. I may get the bonnet so I can do other things while I use the blow dryer if I can't sleep on them. Over all way faster-as you can do other things-than a curling iron (which doesn't work on my straight hair anyway!

Worth it.
These are a really great investment if you have patience to put them in. The first time I used these, it took me nearly two hours and my hair is just a little past my shoulders. You have to take somewhat small sections of hair or it won't even work, and the hook is completely necessary to have. A few of the reviews have said that it's nearly impossible to do on yourself, which is untrue, it just takes a few times of actually using them to figure it out. Some of the things that I really didn't like about it was that I bought two packs, due to another review saying that it was enough for their hair. I myself have seriously fine and thin hair, but two packs was not enough for me. I could have used about five more. I also had problems with some of the ends of my hair sticking out.Besides those few bad things, it's really worth learning how to do it or finding a friend to help you. If you can manage to sleep on them, you'll wake up with some nice curls, which I prefer as second day hair when they've fallen and look more loose and less defined.
