Perfect solution to humid crawl space.
My modular home on a foundation tends to retain moisture even with the small static vents. I installed this and set the dial, I monitored the crawl space for temperature and it would shut off when it got really cold and I had no freezing temps under the house without covering it. I didnt notice any difference in my utility bill. It’s been installed for about 8 months without one single issue. Works great. It also cycles off when the humidity gets low.

Excellent results.
Worked exceptional well for three years then died, otherwise very high quality w great features. Completely vented circulated air in 1,000 sq ft sub basement rendering the air fresh (vs the molding air we had). Going to happily purchase a replacement.
