I have trouble sleeping, and even when I find something that works, it eventually stops doing the job. I can’t take anything that knocks me out too hard - because I still need to get up early. But if I don’t take something strong enough, I’ll be wide awake too early.I’ve found that one or two of these with a small dose of melatonin are the perfect combo. The calm caps help my brain relax and let go without giving me that morning hangover.

Awesome product!

Always looking for something to help me sleep after a long days work. Tried other sleeping herbal options as well as Melatonin. I hate the side effects of Melatonin the nest day feeling all tried and groggy like I have not woken up. So tried these to see if these would be any different. I notice I calm down a lot faster before and as I lay in bed. And my sleep has been so much better after using these. And the next morning I am wide awake and full of energy without and tired feeling like Melatonin use to give me.

This product works the opposite way. Instead of calming me down, it gave me headache and I did not sleep any better. Unfortunately, this product cannot be returned so I am writing this review for future buyers to make sure this will work for you as it cannot be returned.

I love this product. I can take 3 and drift off to sleep. In the morning I have no grogginess or hung over feeling. Please bring back.

This product does calm you down but it's very hard on the stomach, even on a full stomach the pill is vicious to my stomach, can't even take it anymore
