I bought a spare standard blade exactly like what came on the mower and it works fine. I have noticed I need to keep the blade sharper than what I did on my gas powered mower. The blade on the EGO looks about 50% lower mass (thinner) than those found on gas powered mowers.

Q: How long do these blades typically last? under the conditions that it's not damaged by rocks and only cutting grass?

Got my mower this Spring ....I`ve been cutting once a week Holding up fine ...I have a hand held blade sharpener that I run across the blade every couple of weeks just to keep the edge sharp

Q: Does the blade come with the rubber washer? If not, where can I get a new rubber washer?

No, there is not a rubber washer included. The package only contains the mower blade.
