This is a great iPad for reading and artwork.
This is an excellent size of iPad, at least for what i use it for, which is for reading books that have illustrations, and also for painting in Pigment, an adult coloring app. The Touch ID never works for very long, but that is the case for just about any Touch ID, and I definitely prefer the Face ID that the iPad Pro uses. This uses the Apple Pencil Pro, so it is perfect for artwork, and is the main reason that I chose this iPad over the basic one.

Great purchase
I brought this iPad for myself because I've always wanted one & it’s really good so far. Definitely worth the money.

Defective
Unfortunately, the IPad did not properly work. My first concern was the battery indicator would fluctuate from no power to 63% power and back to 0%. I initial thought that the O/S needed to be updated. Unfortunately, the IPad would shut down after attempting to update. This happened several times. At some point the iPad did update to O/S 18. However that did not fix the problems. The battery indicator was still screwy and the iPad continued to shut down on its own . I erased my profile from the iPad and the first attempt failed . My second attempt was successful. Apple is a great product, unfortunately this one was a lemon, which is rare.

Amazing quality
Very good condition there is no scratches in the appearance, battery life isn’t the greatest but for the price and it being refurbished is wonderful. Its speed is quick and I love the functionality of it. Easy to use.
