This stuff works in my early 50s. I started having heart troubles. I read about this flaxseed, cold press, flaxseed oil, and start taking it and didn’t have any more problems. It really does work. I believe in this stuff it’s healthy. I even put it on stuff like ice cream because I feel guilty of eating ice cream. I do it once in a while, but I will use this flaxseed oil on it also. But I do put it on a lot of different food when I eat. Even scored a little in my scrambled eggs, anddifferent things like that.

As far as physical improvements, it’s too soon to say. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days. It was recommended to help me with my memory loss postpartum. It came in great condition. The oil isn’t flavorless but is shockingly complimentary in many things. So far I’ve added it to vanilla yogurt, chicken orzo, curry, and Alfredo. I fed all of those things to my toddler and she didn’t seem to notice a difference. So if it’s actually beneficial to our bodies, that’s a total win!

Wonderful drizzled in food. Extremely healthy. Taste alone somewhat bitter, hence 4 stars.

I used to get flaxseed oil from Swanson but several months ago they changed vendors and the oil had a bitter and metallic taste. I've purchased Barlean's before and even though it costs a little more the flavor and color are always consistent.

My ophthalmologist recommended flax seed oil, and I have been very happy with this Barleans product. I have been taking it for some time now.

The product arrived in good shape and was just as I expected.
