Noticed a difference 1 day after taking. Wish they had more flavors.

I can’t bear swallowing another supplement so I was happy to see that this is in powder form. Joint health is something that is so overlooked.I think this is best used with smoothies, as opposed to just water, but that’s just my opinion. I was happy that there are two flavor options because lemon is just not my jam.Lastly, I love that this is FSA and HSA eligible. I will need to take it longer to see the effects, but I am excited to see improvements and will report back after using this product for a little bit longer.

I love this joint supplement, the best thing is that the flavor is good, take 8 ounces of water and shake at the same time so that you don't have lumps and drink, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 sachets a day!

It is not as was expected.

I’ve been using this for a week and already notice less stiffness in my knees! The discomfort of knee pain has subsided a little and I can tell this is working. Nice lemon flavor and dissolves easily in water, value for the money is a little off but if it works then I am all for it!
