Q: please somebody tell us the ingredients, why you are hiding it , if it a good product?

I can only say I have been using this product for some 20 years. I used to be able to find it in the local grocery store, but not anymore. The primary ingredients are ParaffinumLiquidum/Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Ceresin. It contains other oils including Argan, Coconut and Olive. In all, there are probably about 30 ingredients mixed together.

Q: What does the product smell like? I saw a comment saying it was overwhelming and didn't smell very nice.

The smell s very sharp. It is not as powerful as a cologne or a perfume. My opinion is that it accentuates the smell of the conditioner that you use. If you oil your scalp with it, you will smell it all day. It does not smell like you put on too much fragrance, and no one around me has a problem with it. You may have been hearing from people unfamiliar with hair care products like this one, which have been around for decades.

Q: Is there alcohol in the ingredients?

I don't believe so. I used to use this product when I was growing up at times. I stated using it again along with some other old hair products of yesteryear. It made my hair grow. I haven't ordered it for 6 months or so. I just finished my last jar and threw it away or I would check the ingredients for alcohol. Go to ask.com and it might be able to see if this product contains alcohol. I hope this was a little helpful.
