Q: Can you use other Tips? if so, what brand works well?

I have tips from many different places, and they all fit. I have bought some at craft stores and wilton online. They all work, and hold a seal, although the ones it comes with do fit "perfectly".

Q: Can anyone compare these to the accordion style decorating bottle by OXO?

This decorating bottle is 100% better to clean than any accordion style bottle.

Q: Can I use Wilton tips with this bottle?

Yes, this item uses regular piping tips. The bulb also comes with tips included.

Q: What size round tips does this come with?

I don't know the size tips. When I tried to use it, the frosting wouldn't come out of the tip and the whole top blew off and frosting went all over. Not worth the money.
