Q: How often should you wash and condition your hair with this product in order to see results?

I wash my hair every 3rd day. Its the only product i use.

Q: Anyone have issues opening the pump? I keep turning it counter-clockwise but it won't unlock.

No but I honestly havent tried to open it. Sure hope it does cause im going to want to use all of it!!

Q: Is it the kind of conditioner that you leave in or the kind you have to rinse out?

Directions are to wash it out after 3-5 mins. I'm sure if you put a small amount on your hair wet it would be ok to leave in. I wouldnt use alot though it has a thicker texture. I've never tried it though. I always leave it in for a few mins like while I finish my shower and then rinse it out. Personally I am absolutely loving the results I'm getting from it!!!
