Works
I'll update this is it breaks. Works fineAutomatically turns on when your camera turns on. So what this means... Most people wire their aftermarket backup camera to your reverse lights. So you normally have a power on your deck to switch when you go into reverse. This just needs the video cable and constant 12v. Turns off when it doesn't get a signal. Sure you can wire it so it turns on when your lights turn on. Also YES this is an old TFT style monitor so at certain angles the picture will be darker. The description does say it's a TFT. Don't be mad if you don't mount it right the first time. Make sure you can see the screen before you pull the shedding

Works better than expected.
Nice and compact design. Looks better than expected. Quite small, but that means I can shove it in the glove box when not in use. I didn't wire it up to the reverse light. The camera is wired to the tail lights so I can use it as a sort of rear-view mirror for the trailer, so I just put a cigarette lighter end on the screen power connector.

Terrible
It worked for a few months then started flickering as if there was a short. Now the monitor is completely dead.

Works well and is out of the way when not needed.
I bought this item along with the "Parkvision MINI, Rear view, side view, front view, camera with 360-degree rotatable camera lens" to facilitate a high mounted backup camera for connecting our 5th wheel trailer to the hitch in the truck bed. The installation of the camera was the time-consuming part of the project, from the back of the truck cab to the dash area of the truck. I powered both this monitor and the camera through a 12-volt plug in power adapter. There are plugs for power-red, video-yellow, and I'm guessing audio? But I didn't need that one, just using power and video plugs for my installation.I like the folding feature and on our dash carpet I used some Velcro on the base to hold it in place while going down the road. For my project, this video monitor and the camera work fine, and I am pleased with the outcome and look of my project!

Not the best quality
Camera works. The only issue is the button to flip open the screen failed within a month so it makes it a 2 hand job to open the screen sometimes.

Good little monitor
8/10 came exactly as described and works fine. The feel of it is lower quality but functional aspects are on par with listing.

Screen was ok
Cameras couldn’t keep charged so sent this back also. But it was a good size and good view

I've bought 3, 1 works fine.
QC isn't what it should be. One unit garbles the video image. Another had a bright row bad pixels along the upper part. Otherwise, the size, price fit just what I wanted (not for watching movies in the car! I do astronomy with these, monitoring incoming video to a separate recorder).
