It is one of the newer Tamashii Nations factories they have. They are either made in China or Vietnam. This specific Goku is manufactured at Vietnam.

Q: Can u put the eating goku face on this that comes eoth table set ?

Not sure I really doubt it that face is for Saiyan raised on earth Goku the peg in the faceplate are most likely different
