Some re-engineering and you can change this to a left-hand desk.
This is well-made for a cheap desk. All the parts fit well, nothing missing, and if you pay attention closely to the directions and which part is which, the average person should have no problem assembling it in a few hours. My daughter wanted a left-hand desk, so some time spent with the parts and instructions, and then some work with lay-out lines and a drill-press with the appropriate forstner bit to drill the needed holes to build it the "other way" - a left-handed desk was the result! A few extra left-over un-used holes were easily covered with stickers provided, and you would be hard pressed to know it wasn't designed that way.Only attempt this if you have a drill press and can closely measure drilling depth so as to not drill too deep. Also note that the two lower drawer fronts are NOT symmetrical, and have to be drilled to switch the offset to the right - I missed that initially. Total time to re-engineer, re-drill, and assemble about 6 hours.I also modified the mount for the outlet/USB box. As designed, it sticks out the back of the desk about 1" and prevented the desk from sitting flush against the wall. I spaced the box 1" to the inside with two bits of 1" wood, and it's now flush to the back of the desk, and still well hidden within the upper unit. All in all, this is a well-built and very serviceable student desk! The re-engineering project was relatively easy and straightforward - just measure twice, and drill once...

Great desk, easy to assemble, good packaging
This is a nice piece of furniture and I'm very happy with the purchase. Shipping was super fast and the unit was very well packaged- there was no damage at all to any of the pieces, and compared to other online furniture purchases, there was not an excessive amount of dust or styrofoam on the surfaces. One thing I really like about this desk- there are no areas at all where the MDF/particle board is exposed (even on the back) so it looks and feels very much like a solid wood piece. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, all parts were included (with quite a few extras, just in case) and another nice touch was the oversized stickers to cover the exposed cams- much easier to apply, and easier to blend in with the surface, than the typical plastic pieces that most manufacturers use as cam covers. The built-in electrical/USB outlet is also a nice-to-have and very handy- no more crouching under a desk to plug in a charger. The hutch and drawers provide plenty of storage space, and I much prefer having a 3rd drawer as opposed to a pull-out keyboard shelf... it's been years since I used a separate keyboard. Overall, very pleased with this desk and would definitely recommend it.

Decent for the price
I needed a small desk for our small reception area. This one fits perfectly and though it's small, it seems to have just enough room for what I need. Bonus - I didn't notice it came with built-in electrical and USB outlets. Very handy! Cons: Tons of parts - I put my kids on assembling this - they're both super bright teens - and it took several hours. The large piece that serves as the top of the desk had a crack running along the middle on the underside. This likely contributed to how difficult the assembly was. Nothing seemed to fit together snugly. We ended up having to superglue some of the connection points. We assembled it in a back room and moving it just 30-40 feet to the reception area, the ends were already falling off. It feels fairly sturdy but not if it needed to be moved. And lastly - not a huge deal - but the surface collects and shows fingerprints a ton, so I'm always wiping it down.Overall I am happy with the desk. Now that it's in place, it functions well. I have my monitor on the top shelf along with my pencils and pens and post its and such. I have my keyboard and office phone on the main level and still have room to the side to write on or organize papers. Most of the other small desks I looked at didn't have drawers so I'm very happy to have 3 drawers to tuck things away, including the bottom drawer which serves as a hanging file drawer.

Exactly what I wanted!!!
First of all I wanna start out by saying, the box that it’s delivered in is heavy as hell! I’m sure my neighbors watched and laughed at me as I (26F) struggled to get this in my house by myself lmao But honestly, the desk is pretty nice for the price. It did take about 3 hours to complete by myself and also left my back sore and hurting afterwards but oh well lol I like that they give you stickers to cover the large screws that show. The drawers aren’t soft closing so they do slam when you close them but that’s not a huge deal. The color of the desk is pretty too. The plug-ins in the hutch work great as well. It’s a good size desk. All in all I really have no complaints. I’d say it’s worth the purchase!

Nice and easy!
The box this came in was very heavy and it was a little beat up. But the contents were fine. I had the entire thing built in about 3.5 hours. I took my time and everything went very smoothly. This isn't so complicated that you need more than one person. Honestly, I had fun.My only three complaints would be that two of the specialized screws that came in were warped and a little difficult to workaround. But it was feasible. The other would be that the provided drawer handle didn't align correctly to the predrilled holes. This made it difficult and uncomfortable to attached it. Since it was made of a sturdy metal I couldn't just bend it into the shape I needed. Thankfully I had the right kind of tools to fix this. If you don't a new store-bought handle would probably work just fine. The last problem was that the bottoms of the drawers were a little long. That's it. I really like my new desk! The outlets are convenient. The drawers a decent size. The wood is nice and sturdy..
