The media could not be loaded. Spent a total of an hour and a half cooking bacon and mushrooms. The temperature outside was 80° F with Wildfire smoke blocking a lot of the sun rays. Still worked with the conditions and cooked the mushrooms and bacon well. I’m sure if the sun wasn’t like 70% blocked by smoke it would have taken less time to heat up and cook.

It works beautifully... Got it fast and in a perfect condition... My God, it cooks the chicken before the tempeture gets to 250F... It gives you big portion of food for two... As for cleaning, it is extremely easy, I could put my entire arm, up to my shoulder in the tube with enough room to move my hand and arm around to wipe or wash it after using... I really don't know why people were writing about how difficult it is to clean. I really hope it works during the winter as in Canada we have the long ones.. Planing to buy another one in a month or two.... Thanks a lot for this very well made, sturdy and amazing oven..

ネットに明記されているブランド名どこにもかかれていない。生産国生産会社名生産月日も無し。説明書は英語表記のみ。翻訳機能使用も説明不十分。しかも真空管下付近のケース接続部腐蝕様あり最近のものではない感じがする。はじめての使用なのだが、温度が上がったとき蓋が吹き飛ばないのか？ゴムがついてるだけでネジ式ではない安全性でどうなのか？疑問である。説明書にもその件は記入なし。

I bought this for grid-down emergencies. Our first try at thawed chicken thighs was a success! The meat was done and juicy. Clean up is easy and, right now, am satisfied with the purchase and results.

The media could not be loaded. We opened it up, peeled off the plastic, pulled out the styrofoam on tray, and put it in the sun and off we went. We did not preheat it when we made zucchini bread. We cooked one loaf in the electric oven and two small loaves in the solar oven. Had we not pulled the bread out of the solar oven thinking it was done they would’ve been completed at about the same time. So cool not to be using propane or electricity.
