Pleasantly surprised with the results
As a person who has difficulty taking some oral medications, I was excited to find this patch! I am very surprised at the difference I feel after using it for only 1 month. Game changer for sure.

Too pricy!
It did help me as a supplement. But wow, they raised the price for $5 all of a sudden (for an item of this price range?)!? I canceled my subscription, I'm gonna find ones from somebody else.

They do ease menopause symptoms but they're crap about sticking/staying on.

This is the first supplement that actually did slow the flashes, have to use consistently. I wear every day, removing at night. Took about 3-4 weeks of consistent use to kick in. Buying more!!
