Hello, it can adjust the altitude from meters to feet, please press the Mode/Switch button to enter the altitude set, then press Alti/up or Baro/down to swicth the unit, hope it usesful.

This device is Junk. Have had it 2 months - charged twice. Now Dead. Never outside, never abused. Buy another make - not this.

Q: What is the accuracy of the altimeter ?

DO NOT buy this, the altimeter does not give an exact pressure in most cases. You have to be setting up to get the exact altitude. The barometer works with the altimeter, which it shouldn't be, it's a problem that. The only thing that works well and you don't have to be setting up is the digital thermometer.. A word of advice, don't buy that crap, I got ripped off with that.
