Great paint for kids or beginners. Uniform and true to color. Great for the price point.

I teach arts and crafts to about a dozen neighborhood kids and I ALWAYS use Apple Barrel paints for that purpose. It’s economical and come in a wide range of colors. You really can’t go wrong if you just want some basic paints.I’ve also used them as a base paint for pouring snd they’ve always worked well.Some colors are thicker than others, but nothing a little medium or even water can’t fix.They are my go to paints.

I love these paints. I use them on all sorts of wood decor projects and apply several coats of polyurethane after I have the painted design that I want. My highly ornate painted desktop has stood up to daily use for years now and I keep a ton of colors on hand.

It does not allow you to choose your colors, so you get what they send. I mostly received pastels. I would have preferred more primary colors, and I would have been able to mix them to make the colors I wanted. Otherwise, the paint quality if fine.

I love the satin finish on the pinecones I’m painting.

Had a paint nite Glass ware party for my dauthers 17th birthday and the paint was amazing to use. Even the little ones enjoyed it. Easy to clean off and does not stain. Round 2 in October for the little ones.

Paint is great and stores well. I have had some of this paint for 2 years and is still good.
