I love Stoners! This product is an absolute miracle! I bought a 2023 Nissan and it had asphalt slathered all inside the fender flares, the asphalt even had small rocks stuck in it. The inside of the flares were completely coated. Some genius I bought the car from thought it would be smart to spray paint over the top of the asphalt in order to conceal it! It looked awful! With about 2 hours I used a stiff toothbrush and tarminator and removed ALL the asphalt and spray paint! The wheel wells look perfect now! Inwas considering wet sanding and painting but I thought I would give this a try first, I am so happy I found this product!

I was very skeptical after being quoted $300 to remove the tar I had on my car I purchase this hoping it would help me after reading the reviews and OMG buy it!! It totally works! Yes you have to spray, wipe, spray, wipe a few times but it beats paying $300

Getting stubborn tar off a car can be a tedious job.This one worked better than most but still required some "elbow grease" to finish the job.For it's cleaning power, it is a decent value.

Not sure how I got tar on my car. I don’t remember driving in it. This product works! Took it off the car immediately! No elbow grease needed! Works like magic! It does smell but the car looks so much better! Recommend buying this!

Does what it says. You spray it on, wait a few seconds, and watch the tar literally break down and start to run like hair dye down Rudy's forehead. I wiped it off with a clean rag and then rinsed the area and voila—no more tar. To be completely transparent, I just had specks of tar, not huge swaths so I can't speak to its effectiveness on that. I'm pleased with the products, and I'd recommend it.

Not only did this consume a significant amount of my time, but it also left me frustrated and disappointed.In addition to its ineffectiveness on pine sap, the product’s smell was quite strong and unpleasant. It’s a minor point compared to its cleaning performance, but it did add to the overall negative experience.For anyone dealing with stubborn pine tree sap, I would recommend looking for alternative products specifically designed for that purpose. Stoner’s Tar, Sap, and Asphalt Remover might work fine for tar and asphalt, but when it comes to pine sap, it falls short of expectations. My brand new car had some weird spots on it that wouldn't come off in the car wash, nor could I scrape them off with my fingernail. Almost black or really dark green - I figure they must be tar or something similar. After reading good reviews, I decided to try this product. The label clearly says not to leave on your car longer than 1 minute. I sprayed an area, left for 1 minute, then wiped off. No change. I did this over and over again - maybe by the 10th time or so, I was able to loosen the spots and the area finally wiped completely clean. But I worry that means this had 10 minutes of contact with my car - not 10 consecutive minutes but I still worry this must not have been good for my beautiful paint job. And it's pretty thin, so I panicked it was going to drip onto a rubber or plastic area of my car, which apparently this will ruin. Long story short - this did totally work, but I worry it has or will do damage to my car. My car looks fine, but there are so many warnings on this can (don't leave on more than 1 minute, don't let it touch any rubber/plastic/etc), I just worry I may have removed an invisible layer of protection put on by the manufacturer. I guess I'll see over time.

This product is incredible. I had sap built up from camping trips that I thought I’d never be able to remove. That, or I thought it would take a long time and a lot of elbow grease.I don’t know what magic they put in this, but it melted the sap off within seconds. I followed the instructions and rinsed the affected areas first. Then, I sprayed a little product onto a microfiber cloth. I held it on the sap for maybe 5-10 seconds, wiped, and it literally melted right off. Even the big drips melted right off, no scraping required!The only negative thing about this product is the fumes. Wear a mask and do not use indoors. Aside from that, I promise you will be satisfied with the results.
