We both take this daily. Hubby takes the recommended dosage of 6 for thinning hair. Recently added Colostrom which helps even more. He says the collagen also helps with small bumps he gets on his face. I take only 2 or 3. My hair is noticeably thicker and my nails are stronger. Originally purchased at Costco. But sometimes when the price is competitive with Costco I order on Amazon, especially if I don't have time to travel to Costco.

love that this is a collagen and biotin combo. As you age your body naturally decreases in these, so having these supplements to pair with a healthy diet has been important to me. I will be buying again.
