I like thick gravy so tend to do 6tsp to 1/2pint. What is the portions for this? Does it thicken the same as store bought?

NO! I am a gravy monster but we need to buy Gluten-free for our grandson. So I add cornflour to thicken it up. The tub lasts me about 6 months. Hope this helps. I have been buying this for at least 3 years.

I don't know but the genersl rule there is that it's for the dry powder as we all prepare our gravy differently. I add roasted onions and other items that would alter the nutritional values of the gravy powder. I do enjoy this product but that's based on flavour and not the nutritional value of this

does this thicken like Bisto?

No ! I like loads of gravy and as I need to buy Gluten-free for my Grandson this is the most economical. I add cornflour to thicken up. This lasts me about 6 months, so very cost effective. Hope this helps.
