My coffee doesn’t dissolve. It’s so weird. Any solutions?

Dissolve?. It's ground coffee not instant.Use a v60 dripper. That's what I use

Why is the packaging different from the current brown?

Very simply, Dunkin' Donuts changed their branding, starting in September 2018 to avoid the "unhealthy" doughnut reference in their name, allegedly to appease heath-obsessed (and apparently none to bright) millennial's, by renaming their shops and brand to just "Dunkin'". Their coffee packaging is just now being brought in line with the branding change (or old stock has finally run out). So you can still get fat eating doughnuts, just don't mention them in the name!

Is this suitable for vegans?

I’ve looked on the packet and can’t see any animal products in there. I have friends who are vegan and drink coffee. Obviously you would need to use vegan milk if you take milk with your coffee
